[Bug] WinUAE 5.3.0 not listed as a Windows App nor available in Alt-Tab
The F12 GUI is, but the running emulation is not. In other words the F12 GUI appears in the Task Manager Apps, but disappears to a Background process when the emulation is running which cannot be selected with Alt-Tab. (Windows 11)

Hmmm, seems to work fine here
 I even got two Tasks, one for the GUI and one for the emulation window (Win 11)
