That's amazing, you can hear it best in the Turrican track at 0:28 and in the movie track at 0:50.

That's almost Doom level of music "inspiration" Fits the game really well though. And any love for the Transformers the movie soundtrack is good love.

Gremlins 2 hasn't been mentioned yet I think, the title, highscore and game over tracks are pretty spot on. (can't find a good link unfortunately :/ )
