I use Savyour. I originally bought it for my C64 and use of C64 MIDI, but recently I am using it more on the Amigas. Here it is working on A600.

It is configurable with simple text files on USB flash drive.

Scroll wheel support works exactly as Daedalus already explained.

@Photon: please find attached firmware to add support for all Logitech Mice at once. Please report me feedback if it correctly maps your G403.
