Is it Germany where W is pronounced as V if it starts a word, i.e. Wagner pronounced Vagner?

I think I should mention that HOL has the most Amiga manuals you can find anywhere on the web. Yes, even more than archive.org.

Hi Abaddon,
I was able to make a proper dump of "King Kong (1994)(Okay)". I was trying to use "Kosmobit" format from disk-utilities but it won't work I uploaded my dump to "The Zone" Could you take a look? |

I took a quick look and it looks like the protection track is bad. I copied the protection track from the one from the Polish archive. The disk protection checks pass and then I pass the manual protection. It then displays the Okay screen and then the "Presents" screen and then it goes blank. Also converted to SCP and tested same issue. It goes to read from track 16 and stops

Perhaps this game has short data/routine hidden on normal DOS track. Are you able to convert this data to ASM code, if this data/routine is short? I mean about protection data from other Okay games. If my memory not failed then for one track maximum 16 or 24 bytes can be hidden. I think that someone used normal DOScopy for this copy of King Kong. But it can be rebuilded if protection data/routine is always same. |
