Problem AGS - MegaAGS

Hi, I hope there is a AGS expert out there.
Basically, I've been cutting down the MegaAGS menu because I don't want all the demos etc and also I want to be able to add extra games etc.

I've got the silliest problem my cut-down version works from a folder but the menu has problems when copied back to a HDF. Something to do with the filesystem?

I don't want to use a folder because I would end up with hundreds of .run and .txt files etc on my phone etc.

So if anyone is very familiar with AGS or MegaAGS let me know.

I can probably just isolate the menu(MegaAGS) into a small folder for testing if anyone wants to have a look etc.

I mean maybe someone has done something similar before etc - I don't want to convert hundreds/thousands of pictures from scratch - maybe someone has an idea?

I can setup AGS but it doesn't seem to be compatible with MegaAGS - the palette etc
