I just want to say that I received the PCMCIA Ethernet card and the 2 games I wanted yesterday afternoon and that everything went well.
Thanks @Kin Hell for your kindness a patience. And also for fast shipping and great packaging! |

I only have 32Mb available with the card now. PM me if you want to discuss further. Last edited by Kin Hell; 26 June 2024 at 14:39. |

Hey @Kin Hell, after careful consideration of the 1084, as badly as I want it, I'm just too terrified to ship it. Plus the 240v power requirement is tough with me being in the US.
There's a chance if someone else doesn't pick it up that I may change my mind in the future :P But for now shipping is something I Just can't stomach |

For the following reasons:
A very high volume of time wasters not making sensible offers; Not getting back to me after saying they want particular items; Not getting back to me after discussing an agreeable amount to pay; The first post is now updated with prices for Hardware & all previous names that were against particular items are now removed after failing to respond to my PM's. - In a few weeks time, the next step will be eBay. Thanks for looking some more. Last edited by Kin Hell; Yesterday at 14:22. |

I also feel called out and I apologise If I was a "time waster" - a perhaps strong characterization. Probably better to withdraw my interest about the accelerator card and avoid more time wasting.
If I may (humbly) suggest: 1) all the useful info sent per DM could be of benefit to everyone in this thread and spare you more time and 2) a ballpark price upfront is perhaps helpful for people to set their own thresholds You may also evaluate Amibay instead of eBay as a marketplace, I always had excellent interactions there. Thanks and good luck with the sell. Hope those items will find a good home. |
