Question translate AmigaVision .dob files to .svg?

I am porting an app originally created with AmigaVision and I would like to use the .dob files created in AmigaVision for touchscreen mapping to variables. I can make a new .svg from scratch, but I am also wondering if anyone know if there is a way to translate the .dob binary to ascii or directly to an svg file. Thanks for any suggestions.

Most of the file formats used by AmigaVision are IFF formatted but not publicly documented. Sadly, they were a private label contract to a third-party firm so Amiga, Inc. didn't have records of the code nor file formats in 1998 during the Gateway Computer era of ownership.
