Amiga Forever 9 and C64 Forever version with lifetime license
Hi, I bought the Amiga Forever 9 and C64 Forever version with lifetime license and when they sent me the email to download version 10 I didn't have internet access for work reasons and I couldn't download from the links.
Now I can't see any way to access this version because you can't log in to the website to download it and I have sent several messages to the email address of the links and through the contact on the website without any response. Does anyone know how I can contact them? Thank you |

Do you have the Software Director application installed?
With that I believe you should be able to update. |

The version you see there, is the installed version...
...as you can see, I'm at 10.0.13.0 but can upgrade to 10.3.2.0. If you click on notifications, does it only show v9 upgrades? |

M'kay.... I did a bit more sleuthing... I suspect your emails are going to >/dev/null because AF themselves don't handle sales...they have 'valued partners' for that --- when I check my original purchase email receipt, the merchant was 'Verifone' ....

The purchase was made on the same amiga forever website.
Verifone to be a payment gateway At the end it redirects you for problems to this support address : https://www.amigaforever.com/support/ the same as the official amiga forever website.To which I have already sent a couple of messages with no reply. Last edited by airsoft; 08 June 2024 at 12:44. |

I'm afraid it's quite typical that they ignore support requests, you can find many examples here of users that have had that experience.

MMM. It’s strange I also have lifetime license since so l own and I always receive email with the upgrade and the full iso install. Today I received the email of the version 10 "R3" (10.3.3.0). Anyway, good you solved. I have both C64 and Amiga Forever. But try to contact support in any way. Contact Cloanto is the company of any of the 2. The emails come from cloanto:
