Finally I have time to think about it. Paula STROBEs already fit, but for OCS Agnus I used the same behaviour like ECS Agnus.
This does not change the Paula VERTB, as STRVBL and STREQU trigger it, but it does move OCS Denise BLANK in conjunction with OCS Agnus to line 1.
Thanks for info.

Exactly.
And generates the weird early BLANK start that can also be seen on the A1000, because Denise OCS starts it at the STREQU cycle and not at the hardwired HBSTRT.

I have a few tests on the Copper Blitter conflict here.
These tests check Blitter fetch/write with/without mod, check what happens when Blitter gets BUS four cycles after COPJMP instead of three. In addition, the tests check the blitter pointer after conflict.
Based on the current WinUAE master, the Blitter pointer doesn't seem to fit quite yet.
Reading/writing is done from the old Copper pointer ored with Blitter pointer, but the resulting Blitter pointer is the reloaded Copper pointer without possible mod.
These tests are for ECS Agnus. Some tests do not trigger the conflict for OCS Agnus. This is consistent with emulation. One cycle difference is enough here. But the behavior should basically be the same.
