Amiga Forever 9 and C64 Forever version with lifetime license

Hi, I bought the Amiga Forever 9 and C64 Forever version with lifetime license and when they sent me the email to download version 10 I didn't have internet access for work reasons and I couldn't download from the links.

Now I can't see any way to access this version because you can't log in to the website to download it and I have sent several messages to the email address of the links and through the contact on the website without any response.

Does anyone know how I can contact them?

Do you have the Software Director application installed?

With that I believe you should be able to update.

Yes, it is installed; this is for updates to version 9, it does not update you to version 10.

Yes, I have sent an email through that link and also to the email from which they sent me the links that are already expired.

But there has been no response

Yes, I registered at the time and it also appears as registered in the programme. But you can only update to version 9.2.19.0 as shown in the image I sent you.

The version you see there, is the installed version...



...as you can see, I'm at 10.0.13.0 but can upgrade to 10.3.2.0. If you click on notifications, does it only show v9 upgrades?

M'kay.... I did a bit more sleuthing... I suspect your emails are going to >/dev/null because AF themselves don't handle sales...they have 'valued partners' for that --- when I check my original purchase email receipt, the merchant was 'Verifone' ....

So perhaps the support you need here is available at -- https://secure.2co.com/support/ (or whoever you actually purchased from ?)

The purchase was made on the same amiga forever website.

Verifone to be a payment gateway

At the end it redirects you for problems to this support address : https://www.amigaforever.com/support/ the same as the official amiga forever website.To which I have already sent a couple of messages with no reply.

I'm afraid it's quite typical that they ignore support requests, you can find many examples here of users that have had that experience.

It takes away one's desire to support these things when you are met with the most absolute silence to your questions or problems for something you have paid for religiously.
But well, in the end I have solved it by the fast way that this inattention pushes you to; I have downloaded the torrent file that is out there and I have put my password for life and it works...but it is sad to have to do it like that...

MMM. It’s strange I also have lifetime license since so l own and I always receive email with the upgrade and the full iso install. Today I received the email of the version 10 "R3" (10.3.3.0). Anyway, good you solved. I have both C64 and Amiga Forever. But try to contact support in any way. Contact Cloanto is the company of any of the 2. The emails come from cloanto:

Well, I have to rectify my words, probably due to the anger of immediacy and the lack of patience, which is my sin.

Yesterday I received the answer and the links to the latest version of Amiga Forever and C64 Forever 10 R3 (10.3.3.0); it seems that they were going to release this new version this week and as soon as it was available they sent me the links to download it.



I'm going to see what's new and enjoy it like I did with 9.
