Card games
I'm looking for good recommendation of card games that are system friendly. I would prefer to use dblNTSC screen mode. Spider v1. from Aminet is good and I can select screenmode but are there others?
KaartSpellen from Aminet is looking good but it opens on a flickering screen and the way I understand it is not possible to change the screenmode. |

Ok, thank you
![]() I found a very good one on Aminet. FreeCell 1,8. If you like FreeCell it got it all covered and you can change screenmodes, palette etc. |

About FreeCell
Klondike is a favorite of people just wasting time, FreeCell is a puzzle that takes thought and strategy. FreeCell's design is brilliant - it is easy to learn but not easy to win, but...significantly, it can be won nearly every time. I read in the docs. that you can win over 99% of the many thousands variants if you do things right. |

If you can run Mac emulation with your preferred screen modes you can also try some Mac card games, which I found to be really nice with wide variety of solitaire variants. For example:
King of Solitaire - [ Show youtube player ] Eric's Ultimate Solitaire CD - [ Show youtube player ] Solitaire Antics - [ Show youtube player ] America's Greatest Solitaire Games - [ Show youtube player ] Absolute Solitaire - [ Show youtube player ] Solitaire Till Dawn - [ Show youtube player ] Allgood Solitaire - [ Show youtube player ] And many others. Probably some of the Hardfile masters on the forum can create a image file with Solitaire games for Mac for play on Amiga? |

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Soliton. Runs in workbench and uses Reko cardsets.

Card games are such a classic pastime, and one that I enjoy is spider solitaire. It's a game that's easy to learn but offers a lot of depth and strategy. I love how it challenges my mind and keeps me engaged. There's something so satisfying about organizing the cards and planning out each move to try and complete the game. Plus, it's a great way to unwind and relax. If you haven't tried Spider Solitaire yet, I recommend giving it a shot!
