Do you also see additional floppy drives in the early-menu?

I have had the amiga since the early 90s original drive . Amiga test kit thinks I have a gotek installed or a modded pc drive

Early-menu ( two mouse buttons pressed during Amiga startup)
Unplug the original floppy drive and the cable from the Amiga motherboard. Write whether additional floppy disk stations are still visible in WB. |

The ready signal is held low by some device on the floppy bus or the CIA chip that handles this signal has the signal stuck low internally.

Unplug all drives and the internal floppy cable, and see if they still show up in the early startup menu. If they still show up without anything plugged in, it is a motherboard fault or a CIA failure.
