Bad floppy drives

Hi
I have a strange fault on boot workbench screen everything is normal apart from DF1: bad
DF2: bad DF3: bad I don't have any extra floppy drives DF0: works as normal
I can hide the icons using prefs worbench sys in OS 3.2.2.1 but not in Caffine anyone had this before

Using a modified PC floppy drive perhaps?

Do you also see additional floppy drives in the early-menu?

I have had the amiga since the early 90s original drive . Amiga test kit thinks I have a gotek installed or a modded pc drive

Early-menu ( two mouse buttons pressed during Amiga startup)
Unplug the original floppy drive and the cable from the Amiga motherboard.
Write whether additional floppy disk stations are still visible in WB.

The ready signal is held low by some device on the floppy bus or the CIA chip that handles this signal has the signal stuck low internally.
