Can you/Does anybody use an A2000 keyboard on an A4000?
I should have two spare keyboards in my collection somewhere, because I had two A2000 systems that died from battery corrosion 2 decades ago before I even knew what that was in the early days of the internet.
Was wondering if they have the same wiring so you can get/make some sort of adaptor for the DIN vs mini DIN socket between that combo of hardware? |

Yes, you can use A2000 keyboard with A4000 Amiga with an adapter. You should be able to buy the adapter, it's just standard DIN to MINI DIN PC adapter.

Likewise, I use a 2k kbd in a 4k with a standard cheap PC DIN -> Mini-DIN converter.
Can't get that sweet sweet NMB action otherwise. :-D |

Also you can change the cable if you like. Someone did that to the A2000 keyboard that I have, changed it for a CDTV cable.
