Are you claiming YOU made ALL the graphics here m8 ? Because i reqognize MY graphics in "your" theme.

I have never said that the graphics are mine, in fact I have asked for help because I am not a graphic artist.
In fact, I wrote it in this thread.
I have made a post here to see if the "Amigans" can help me, but so far no one has told me "do you need help? I can help you."
It is a PRIVATE work in progress. and it is still beta phase.
And I want to remember that it is an absolutely FREE theme.
I am asking for permission to use certain things in the theme, in fact I already have permission from Thomas Rapp to use his programs, but I do not have permission to use Jobbo frames for example, so I will eliminate them in the final version of the theme.
The same with the VP graphics, I will include those that respond positively to my request. So far NO ONE.
I use your graphs because they are what give the best answer to see errors.
I have 18 VP sets in the beta (which is still PRIVATE AND NOT PUBLIC) that I continue to use in rotation and I use Jobbo frames.
You don't want me to use your graphics?So you tell me and I'll remove them.
I don't necessarily use your VP set in the final version...
I am sending requests via email, but it is very difficult to contact many people who are no longer part of the Amiga world. Nowee for example.
Not everyone answers my request, so should I abandon the idea of making a theme?
I would like everyone who designs graphics to give me a hand.
People like you or like "MFilos" or others.
I'm creating a fairly extensive readme with thanks to several programmers/graphics included. And I haven't finished yet, it's halfway through.
I've been developing this theme for almost a year, and I want to do it in the best way possible without being accused of anything.
I don't steal the work of others, I ask for permission, and now I ask for it from you: do you want to participate in this and see what it is like? I'll send you a beta if you accept.
Instead of getting angry, give me a hand to improve it.
I also want to remember that I still do it in my spare time and that it is still a good idea, but if you start with "this is mine, this is yours, you can't use this etc etc" then I'll cancel it and that's it.
Before getting angry, ask or answer my calls.
I repeat what I have said several times: I need help to improve it and finish it.
My intention was to do something choral where everyone participates, but so far very few people have responded.
Why did I start making this theme? Because no one has done it before, and I thought it was a good idea.
I thought I had awakened the interest of many in this project, but I was wrong: no one is interested.

So why didnt you just email me when you downloaded the Themepack from aminet and ask for help or permission ???? Thats not hard, is it ? I´d help you make something. But this way of doing things was not the right way.

But yeah ! All you had to do was to contact me. Shoot me an email asap, lets talk, maybe we can work something out.

You are a graphic designer, im not.
I used, in a private and personal way I repeat, what I found on the web. your set was used ONLY for video, gadget rotation, and is my PRIVATE Workbench.
I used your set for convenience and not to steal your work.
Sorry if I was wrong to use it in a private context to entice someone to give me a hand.
There are also other screenshots where your SET was not used.
If there had been a public release I agree with you for having exploited your work. But there is nothing PUBLIC so far.
I apologize if in any way you believe that I am not being honest and in good faith towards you.
It wasn't my intention, just as I hope your reaction wasn't either.
