A590 Rev7

Can someone be so kind and report the resistance between 5V and GND on their A590 PCB?

Mine (while not powered and not connected to an Amiga) measures about 28 ohms. Which is low enough to make my multimeter beeping (constantly) in continuity mode.

Is this normal or do I have a short somewhere?

Yes, you can test through the power connector without opening the unit.
Thanks for your offer to help!

So indeed it is normal that the resistance is quite low.
Again many thanks for taking the time to measure your unit and confirm this!
