Floppy disk isomount help

Thought i'd have a go with isomount having suggested it on another thread
I have got so far with it (had to find out how to make it executeable - type in protect DH0:Workbench:c/isomount +se) but now it asks to insert a volume and messagebox with assign on - any ideas what i need to do next?

Floppy disk

I've found a later version (1.2.4 as I was using 1.2.3) and this gives an output that may help:

Not unless you run WHDLoad or some similar patcher. Most games completely bypass the OS. A warm boot is triggered by Control-leftAmiga-rightAmiga if that's what you want.

Ok, thank you, Microcosm did not work - Just got Internal Hardware Error (I tried turning off the fastmem too) But I managed to make a boot disk from the Dev Toolkit for that one (It works although a little slow!)

I used my internal hard disk - but it does work if i use the boot disk from the developer kit, so there might be something in the srtup?
