Vindex Cheat
This cheat requires a joystick with a 2nd fire button in port 2. On the main title screen, press the 2nd fire button to enable the cheat. After pressing the 2nd fire button you can optionally press 1-8 and then the normal fire button to start on the corresponding level or just press fire to start on level 1. During play press L to add lives.
