Amiga 1200 Scroll issue
I have an a1200 that seems to work fine except for the scrolling on the top half of the screen. i.e. Aladdin's (and all other scrolling games) scrolling is smooth in the bottom half of the screen, but the top half is choppy and not smooth. What could the cause of this be? I tested the ram with the Diag rom 1.3 and there are no memory issues. I just had it recapped as well.

Did this work on the TV before? I recall a similar issue whereby my Amiga randomly didn't scroll properly but it turned out to be the LCD TV that I was using. On a CRT the issue was gone and also on another LCD as well.

I never tested it before being recapped. I think it might be related to the ALICE TIMING & VIDEO TEARING FAULT. Will test and let you know

LOL, I found the issue. I changed to 60hz on my HD Converter box and that fixed the issue.
