3 requests - if you can remember them ;)
Got a LAN coming up, and since most of us there were ex-Amiga, figured I'd get a few old school Amiga games running via WinUAE for a laugh.
Unfortunately, as much as we can remember the style of games etc, we cannot remember the names...... can anyone recall these ? Pretty sure they were all PD/Shareware 1) Top down view - 2+ players (cant remember if AI) in cars, on an ever decreasing circle. Had to push one another off. Was different modes such as a rubber band attaching 2 cars. It supported 4 players via a joystick splitter. - FOUND IT! 2) Dogfight game - could support 4 players, 2 on j/stick and 2 on k/board. Very simplistic except take off could be a little trick. - FOUND IT! 3) Top down overview, maybe split screen - 2 player deathmatch style game - could upgrade weapons each round. Character sprites were quite small. TIA Last edited by XPD; 24 May 2021 at 02:35. |

2) Could be Dogfight by Richard Ling. Takeoff is a little tricky. From what I know it supports only 2 players though. I find it quite fun to play for such a simple game.

May I suggest adding "Skirmish" to your list?
It's a simpler version of "dogfight", but supports up to 8 players! [ Show youtube player ] |
