I don't think I'm going to alter the original levels. Maybe one day I'll create new levels. Lots of things to figure out in the meantime. Plus lacking the motivation right now.
Not sure if I want to compete too, given the lack of time and the superb scores already there ![]() |

Finally managed 40 on medium. Less alcohol and better joystick seemed to have helped ![]() |

You should sell your lvl 2 engine after the first race.
The second race is much easier with the lvl 1 engine. |

The second hard race is okay with 2 engines, I often end up first. It's horrible with 3 engines though, and you're too fast and jump in the void after a while unless you turn/slow down, which isn't easy ...
Tried to compete last night. Easy level got on my nerves, couldn't finish a single race in the first place, then botched the driving test interview... You'll be better off without me ![]() |

It's definitely doable with engine 2 but with engine 1 you can go full speed all the time. But most importantly, if you get a good price for your engine 2 after the first race, you instantly have more money for trading (you need plenty of homing missiles for race 6 and a few for race 4 don't hurt either).

Tried it. It is just as easy to win race 2 with engine 1. Means a nice cash boost. Sadly I've had a terrible run of luck though. Worst one was 3 mid air collisions on the last race that sent me the long way round and piles of cars stopping me from going back or even blowing myself up. Game is cruel.

I've played this a lot in the past, but always with communication screens off. I tried following Lifeschool's guide to them... with very mixed results. My tactic for hard level six has always been to purchase at least 50+ normal missiles and simply camp at the start line facing backwards and fire them at every car that comes past. That's often enough to destroy every other car. Hard level seven is actually quite winnable, but it takes quite a lot of practice.

![]() Agree that race 3 is unpredictable. All those gates and the train make a big difference to what can happen. Race 5 is my favourite. |

I love that we’re discussing super cars 2 tactics in 2021!
![]() But hard level 6 is just a huge bug, no way the devs intended for the opponents to cheat like that. (Edit: I see they fixed it on that map in SC international) Still hoping jotd or some other whdload dev could patch the spawn position after hitting the train. Thanks for the game round everyone, it was fun! ![]() Last edited by fgh; 29 September 2021 at 10:58. |

A flurry of scores at the end there. Thanks for playing everyone.
The veteran racers stormed the podium. Well done to john4p for the victory, and fgh and jPV for taking joint second. A lot of big scores for a tough little game. 1st - john4p ![]() 2nd - fgh ![]() 2nd - jPV ![]() Next up, a more relaxing sport. |
