OpenMPT noob tutorial
Are there some good tutorial to recommend for a total noob when it comes to sound creation?
I would like to create mod files to include in my applications, and since artists are notoriously hard to get I would like to give it a try myself. However, I have never created some music. I know that Soundtracker and similar tools should be the way to go, right?, but obviously I have the same problem, that I don't kn ow much how to create a proper sound with them. Or are there some better (aka easier) tools than OpenMPT? |

Milkytracker has a bit less features but is still pretty usable; i did try it in 2009 after like ten years i did not do any amiga song and felt at home almost immediately; it also doubles as FastTracker interpretation so you can do up to 32 channel songs

Checking it out. Looks like a straight port from some Amiga. At least I found some tutorial video for that on YT, so I'll work through that.
