WinUAE doesn't launch configuration

I'm trying to launch a configuration from a command line with option -f typing in Windows console:

winuae64.exe -f cfg\A1200Debug.uae

cfg\A1200Debug.uae is an existing file, but just WinUAE is open without launching the configuration specified automatically as I expected.

What am I doing wrong?

Use this instead

winuae64.exe -f "A1200Debug.uae" -cfgparam use_gui=no

Same thing happens. I think I have a problem with my WinUAE installation. I'm going to reinstall it with installer instead of unzipping executable from zip distribution.

Weird, should work fine and what you've said can't be the cause of your issue...

I always use the [zip-archive] and never the installer; but this shouldn't make any difference.

I've just tested again with my WinUAE setup and one configuration file; all worked perfectly

winuae.exe -f "Alien Storm.uae" -cfgparam use_gui=no

Which panel does winuae open after running the command line? If it opens in quickstart panel, try disabling quickstart mode (bottom right checkbox).

Yes, now it's working.

Perhaps I have typed anything wrong. Damien, I apologize for my mistake typing. I'm following McGeezer assembler course and I wanted to launch WinUAE automatically from Notepad. Now it's quicker to start a debugging session.

WinUAE was opening default configuration browser without launching anything, but I have found the problem thanks to Damien.
