Decrunching files under Windows
Hi guys
I'm asking for something that probably it doesn't exist To decrunch Amiga files i use the XFD Master library and that's OK But exist a Windows program which do the same ? I guess not, but i'm not sure, so here the thread i started Thanks, chip |

There are numerous tools for Linux and Windows for different packers (LHA, LZX etc.) but remember some filenames in AmigaOS cannot exist on NTFS / FAT32 drives (e.g. names with a * in them)

No real alternatives under Windows I'm forced to use Amiga to decrunch files Well, it's not a problem really Thanks for the answers |

Things are moving finally
Temisu (the developer of this decruncher) put in the zone the Windows exe But it lacks of a dll Anyway, a new version without the need for external files will be available soon |

7-Zip works fine with me for LHA files. The only issue would be the filenames, as AlexH said, but I just go ahead and rename them anyway.

Here we are not talking of the files compressed with zip or lha compressors
We are talking of files (exe or data) crunched with Amiga crunchers, like StoneCracker, for example |
