Hy Tony,
1) it possibile add a option for controller for limit speed to max speed of sandard, example:

SupraDrive 2000 is a SCSI I with a Max Transfer rate 5Mbit

Commodore A4091 is a FAST SCSI II with a Max Transfer rate 10Mbit

1) From Menu "Hardware Info" it possibile with double click of mouse, for example, go directly in the menu expasion of controller.

Why? Which programs care about HD speeds?

First 1) It would not match real word, not even close, theoretical values are useless, controller IO (which is very big unknown), if it is DMA, no one knows how it allocates cycles (and it can depend on memory type) and media limits the speed more than SCSI bus theoretical max.

Second 1) Good idea but I am not sure if it happens

Second 1) Good idea but I am not sure if it happens

For Second: ... ok

For First: If disable "Cycle-Exact Full" and Cycle exact DMA/Memory" for use a cpu 68040 , the speed of hdd arrive more 20mb and if i set "Fastet Possibile" arrive too more 100Mbyte.
This setting is only for have a limit of speed hdd if i emulate cpu with more speed.

For example:

68040/25Mhz with MMU with a SCSI Commodore A4091 130Mbyte/s

68040/25Mhz with MMU with a IDE Controller OnBoard 14Mbyte/s

If have use SYSINFO.
