Arabian Nights (AGA fix)

Hey there!

Does anyone know where I can get a hold of an AGA fixed version of Arabian Nights? According to [ Show youtube player ] there's such a thing going around.

I searched around my known download sites but to no avail.

fact is Arabian nights does not need AGA fix because it works on most A1200

on some A1200 this game not works because some A1200 motherboards have clock bugs and this game is very sensible to clock issues

maybe this crack fixes those clock issues,I'm looking for this crack as well

Arabian Night v1.00 (which is what all cracks I've seen is based on) never worked on my 1200, v1.01 does though (SPS 1454).

Please find ADF from IPF in the zone, then get the manual from HOL for protection codes at the end of level 1.

btw, does the game soccer kid AGA works fine on your real A1200?

Maybe this crack would work on the Gotek?

I had an Arabian Nights crack that had a cracktro *AFTER* the intro, which had an awesome music. Unfortunately I never found this version on the web. It also did not have an english option.

I still have those disks, but no floppy to try it out.

Thanks. I have the IPS v1.01 version but never tried it on the AGA precisely because the manual checking is so anticlimactic and cumbersome. Is there any way to crack v1.01 so it won't need the manual check but run on the A1200? (in other words, have an AGA-compatible cracked version of Arabian Nights, something that - apparently - never saw the light of day before).

You can use any cracked version of Arabian Nights (Disk 2) to bypass the copy protection.

It works excellent with the uncracked ADF file Retroplay made for you

If it doesn't have the english option, it must be an earlier M3 french version.

The issues with Arabian Nights on Gotek was fixed in HxC 3.0.2.2a fw, of course that doesn't help if you have (buggy) Cortex fw.

yet in my A1200 arabian nights not works

the intro works but there is no music

then in game menu also there is no music, I push " start game " and screen goes black

my A1200 have rare problems with Krisalis games it seems all are sensible to 68k clock
soccer kid AGA works here but there is no music (only sfx)
Mad Professor Mariarti also works here but there is no music (only sfx)
sabre team: doesn't not work

I remember we having this conversation like 10 years ago, about those same disks, I bet they would be in a better shape back at that time

There's CD32 version. But it needs CD32 joypad (additional buttons for jump and inventory).

The 2nd one is damaged, I can't open the zip file.

First one isn't it, it could be the second one, since it seems to be the same crack but with an added trainer.
This version I have, did have a cracktro before anything, but I don't remember from what group. Then the game would ask the "Show Animation (Y/N) ? " If you choose Y, it would show the intro, THEN it would load the trainer with the real cool song. Choose N and it would go straight to the trainer screen. Just after that, it would shound the "Arabian Nights" loading/title screen.

The 3rd one from those links has the intro stripped.

what says in file id diz is fake, read what says in the intro
fact is this game is 100% AGA compatible, it doesn't work only on machines which have clock related issues ( commonly called timing issues)
