ScanJuggler NEWS - scandoubler (and flickerfixer) for A1200/A4000
A ScanJuggler XAGA is a scandoubler (Lite) and flickerfixer for some Amiga modells equipped with AGA chipset.
ScanJuggler XAGA Lite (rev.2)
ScanJuggler XAGA
Connectors Default ScanJuggler comes with a VGA connector by default: The small add-on on the left fits both into A1200 and A4000. In A1200 it fits together with for example the ELBOX KEY V2.0 and of course the HDD frame. In case of A4000 it doesn't collide with the card put in the lowest slot. The connector has a button, which you can use to control the SJ. This connector doesn't support DDC/CI. Extra The Switcher Module is an extra add-on for the ScanJuggler. It fits below the floppy in an A1200, or into a slot-backplate in an A4000. It connects to the SJ with a shielded cable and it also has an input connector to for your BVision or CVision. Switching between the inputs is automatic or can be controlled with a button on the module. The button is also used to control other functionality of the SJ. This connector supports DDC/CI. Price: international price to be announced Ordering Additional information available and preordering is possible via e-mail: scanjuggler-at-gmail-dot-com Source: http://wiki.amigaspirit.hu/index.php/ScanJuggler_en |

If the board is small enough that it doesn't interfere with my FastATA and it doesn't have issues with operating temperature I'm definitely going to use one.

Can the switcher be used by itself with an existing scandoubler? Assuming of course appropriate cables/connectors are made.

Any chance to have some more information apart from getting them via e-mail? Do you assemble them all by yourself? How many of them is available? Some ETA would be nice as well and maybe a price scope. I guess it should help in your ordering process. The more detailed the information is, there are more possible chances that you will have plenty of orders.

I think I'll be also interested, as for what you say "also has an input connector to for your BVision or CVision. Switching between the inputs is automatic or can be controlled with a button on the module".
