AmigaOS 3.1.4 withdrawn from market after Amiga
Quote:
That was just one stupid example, there's plenty more. Btw, searching for "cd" is rather pointless, it's common to not use it, and in this case just write "ram:bla", cd is "default action" for directories. As long time Amiga user, you should of course know this. Last edited by kolla; 09 February 2019 at 17:44. |

Yes, but searching for " cd " is easy. Searching for "<device>:<path>" not. But a moron would use "cd" for sure. :P Of course I know it and on linux it gives me often a *dohh* when I try to change directory without using cd command. Btw. search is still running.... a 040/40 is so slow.

At least until the case gets a final judgment, correct?

Correct, but a final judgment could take years, if either party files an appeal of the trial court's judgment.

OS 3.1.4 must sell 33334 copies just to cover the 1 million euros that Hermans claim that Hyperion owes him. I doubt anyone is laughing, and banks are probably best to avoid...

That sounds like a lot of copies. But I bought three myself.

30k copies seem feasible to me to be honest.

30k seems more like sci-fi for me.
Anyways, are Hyperion's web pages broken when using https? Are customers supposed to log in and register over insecure http? I keep getting redirected to http:// when I try to reset password etc. Maybe time to pull GDPR on them... Last edited by kolla; 07 April 2019 at 19:19. |

To be fair, this site lacks https support as well.

Commercial or not, it doesn't change anything.
PS: RCK already answered this question last year. Unfortunately, "https" is still not operational... Last edited by malko; 08 April 2019 at 08:48. Reason: changed layout for greater clarity |

The issue is with Hyperion, not this site
Hyperion's sites do have https, but it's broken and keeps sending users to http. |
