Memory requirements
What are current memory requirements? Is 64mb enough?

Ok, we're looking good for a release.
Spent a lot of time of this port recently and have fixed up all the bugs that I know about. I could still tweak it here and there to get a bit more speed but I've had a few people request that they can show it off at this year's Revision event so I'll call it a day. I'll upload it to AmiNet tomorrow after I package it up with a readme etc. Update: Video -> [ Show youtube player ] Last edited by NovaCoder; 15 April 2013 at 03:30. |

There was an good engine out there (Enforce demo) and it worked amazingly in 060 50 mhz. If one could use that engine in some original game, of course, would have to contact the author ...

Nice port!
Is there a plan for a RTG version instead of AGA? |

How are you guys getting such good fps in this?
Im using a 78mhz 060 with 128mb ram. Ive got blizkick running, with the latest hsmathlibs as well as oxypatcher. AmiQuake is giving me approx 16fps in timedemo demo1 but im stuggling to get more than 8.5 in AmiQuake2. Ive set AHI to Paula 8bit Fast Stereo++ Also, I cant make the screensize smaller. There's a bind - "sizedown" in the config but it doesnt do anything. Any ideas on how to do this? Last edited by trixster; 05 August 2015 at 22:53. |
