What about Turrican and Turrican II!?
Seriously, this is great stuff. Even just the peek into how the game is built up in the inside. Edit: Looking through I see there's a gametools directory. I'd love to see what that is when running. Last edited by Exl; 27 October 2008 at 23:00. |

This makes me wonder. Out of all the games out there, you don't see the source code very often. I wonder how much of it is archived away somewhere, and how much of it gets completely lost. When Atari creates their Retro packs, I wonder if they are emulating the original ROMs, or actually using original source.

All the Thalion source code was archived on an Amiga 2000 at BlueByte and it was accidentally thrown away in 2002 shortly after Eric Simon left the company. I had been nagging at him to send it me for several years but not hard enough

There is a slim chance the author Jurie Horneman might have a copy but I doubt it.

Might be an idea to make a sourcecode preservation project. Maybe it could just be attached to the HOL info and hosted on a different webspace.

i tend to think that if not specifically released from the copyright holders, the sourcecodes would not see the light of day...

The line with 20 is redundant , but we should preserve it as the shortest code in history
