Ariadne problem

I have a clone of the Ariadne card (designed for use in the Amy-ITX board).

It is installed in an A2000 running OS 3.1.4, 030 CPU, 15MB RAM. I would like to use Roadshow with it but the moment I run the Network-Startup script it GURUs.

So installed the Genesis TCP Demo (ariadne_II.device driver). It reports the errors I have attached.

I do have a working network cable attached. So, is this indicative of a hardware problem or something else? I cannot recall the last time I ever ran into a lookback failure.
