Western Digital SATA 500gb drive

£30 + P&P

The model is WD5000AKS

Works fine and no bad sectors. Selling as I have upgraded my movies hdd to 1TB.

No sorry. I already gave away loads. Ask BuZz of exotica :-)

They were being thrown out from work to make room for 2TB disks. There are plus points to being a hard disk controller designer.

You mean like the ones that Marvell designs/creates ?!?

I know here in the states, storage is dirt cheap, just like memory pricing

I bought a couple of drives of ebay once. They were marked as hardly used. When i got them i queries the smart information, and they had a powerup time of more than 10,000 hours. Liar ebay feckers..
