GVP A1200 JAWS II Rev3
I hope this is not disallowed, but I am curious about this card.
It was in one of the Amiga 1200 units that I got, and it has two RAM sticks on it. It is not installed at the moment, so I don't know what size the RAM is... One stick has TMS44400DJ/TCO 4363F3 chips, the other 9335 2NQ HM514400BS6 chips. The main CPU is a MC68EC030RP40B, with a 68882RC40A FPU. Has a battery on it, so must have a RTC. Anyway... To the point... I know the reason I took it out was because the RAM, however much, wasn't a lot. Seems I tried briefly to find some and the stuff I could find was very expensive so I gave up. I ended up getting two ACA1233/40Mhz (no FPU, not N model) accelerators and have been happy ever since. So this board is still sitting in a box. Seems a waste. I'm just wondering, is it something that is worth holding on to, or is it something that anyone would be interested in? I'm not trying to hit you up for a sale here, I really am just curious as to if there is even any interest in general, I'm not ready to sell it at the moment anyway. Thanks for your thoughts! |

Surely someone will snap it up if you put it for sale. GVP made a quality product.

I have to say that my hoarder tendency is on one hand why I hold on to it, but on the other hand, it seems stupid to have it sitting in a box if someone would actually be using it for something. At least I will make sure to take care of it while I am deciding, it won't just get binned.
