It was basically an Amiga emulation feature in the "retro mart". I guess they have a serious Amiga guy there. The "amiga mart" section was the usual AmigaOne stuff. They also mentioned a few other sites in this feature including WinUAE of course.

Hall of Light (http://hol.abime.net) is an Amiga games database, which lets you search by publisher, developer, game name or artist. There are 5740 games listed in all, with screenshots, disk and box art, cheat codes and more. The actual game files themselves are not hosted, but it's an incredible source of invaluable information for Amiga retro gamers.

The 5,700 figure is the number of game names which are attached to about 5,100 unique entries.

There are more game names than entries because many games have more than one name or extra names have been added to aid searches. Also, the 5,100 entries don't correspond to 5,100 unique games on the Amiga - sometimes the same game was released (e.g. in different countries) with different names and titlescreens. In this case, there are separate entries for each release (e.g. Bivouac, Final Assault and Chamonix Challenge).

Paul: Aha. Yes, that article is basically the one published. Maybe even word for word.

Cody: I see. Thanks!
