Installation issues Amiga OS 3.9

Hi there,

I've installed Amiga OS 3.9 on my brandnew A1200 with a 40 GB HD on it. Furthermore, I have a Blizzard 1230/IV with 32 mB installed.

The HD has four partitions on it:
The first being 100 mb including OS 3.9
The second one being 16 gb (will be used for apps)
The third one being 16 gb (will be used for games)
The final one being 5 Gb (will be used for demo's)

I have two issues with OS 3.9
1. The OS will load only if I have disabled Amidock from the startup. I put it in the drawer 'WBStartup - disabled' otherwise the OS will crash when booting.

2. I cannot install boingbag 1. I unpacked the boingbag on my first partition and when I start the install procedure, it crashes (sometimes with a reboot)

I already put the colors back to 8 max to ensure enough free memory.

Can anyone help me?
