Amiga CD32/SX-1 Graphics Palette Issues

Hello!

I'm not well versed with Amigas, and I'm hoping you folks might be able to help me with a technical issue!

I'm running an Amiga CD32 with RGB output through an SX-1... and I'm getting weird color palette issues. It seems to happen in particular graphics modes... when I load the Wing Commander/Mean Streets disc, the menu is fine, the trailer video is fine... but Wing Commander itself has crazy colors (blue replaces black and so on.) It's part of a setup to display the different versions of Wing Commander... so I'm eager to figure out if there's a solution.

(I'm outputting to an LCD TV, via an XRB-Mini Framemeister, if that helps!)

Any help would be much appreciated!
