Is a clone of cd32 possible?

Nowadays there are many clones of systems of the 80 like the MSX or Spectrum, even of consoles like the NES / Famicon, wanted to ask if a clone of the Amiga CD32 would be possible ??

Sure, why not. Most of the systems you mention are cloned by software emulation.
ARMIGA is a project with similar philosophy (Although its more of a A500 clone)
But..
The Amiga has already been done in FPGA a couple of times (so hardware re-implementation rather than software emulation)
You already have MIST, FPGA Arcade and Apollo Core/Vampire boards. It would certainly be possible to make a CD32 clone if there was interest and some effort put into it.

Well, there's the brute force way (autoboot into a CD32 config using FS-UAE and a slew of custom scripts on a Raspberry Pi-like device) and then there's the FPGA way (build off the Minimig AGA designs for full CD32 chipset emulation in hardware). The former will be extremely cheap, the latter will be extremely expensive.

I think most of the other clone systems on the market use the former method, or, if using the hardware method, they are made easier/cheaper because they're based on off-the-shelf hardware that's been available and documented for decades. This is where the Amiga's custom chipset becomes a liability, having never been licensed to other manufacturers. An expensive FPGA is the only way to get new Amiga "chips" en masse, whereas a 6502 can probably be purchased for pennies in certain large quantities. Plus, the legal nightmare surrounding ownership of Amiga intellectual property probably means that we'll never see a major manufacturer backing a mass-produced Amiga clone.
