Add .info as supported attachment type on posts
It's pretty strange that icons aren't supported as post attachments. I've been archiving them when uploading so far but it'd be simpler if I didn't have to.

I added it with a 100ko limit and a Content-type: plain/text

Icons are a binary format, not text.

Yeah it probably should be application/octet-stream or application/vnd.amiga.icon (which I might register like I did for the official PCX media type).
