BSC AT-Bus 508 - missing GAL

Hi,
on this controller only HD runs, but with RAM installed the A500 refuses to start.
There is one GAL missing, on the row right to the ROM, third from top:

Does anyone know where to get this GAL or the JEDEC-File for this?

the jed file for gba1000 are 90% the same
