Bangboo

Hi,
I found a demo version of this game from 1993 (not sure) which suggests that it should have been distributed by APC&TCP :

The Full Version of Bangboo with 100 Levels was published by german Low Price and PD Publisher "NORDLICHT".
It comes in a Jewelcase with a Disk Inlay.
I have the Full Version here as it published in 1995.

If you look in the HOL Screenshot you find the name Gaby Drücke.
She was a Co-Founder of NORDLICHT.

I believe the programmer Michael Taupitz offered his version also through APC/TCP but it was published by NORDLICHT.
The information at HOL that Millenium was published it worldwide was a mistake.
