Amiga CD32 black screen, warm U2 Alice

Hi, i'm try to repair CD32, this problem was make while i put CF card into running amiga... it was mistake, i wasn't know the amiga is power on, in that while screen was disconnected.

i maked some diagnostics steps like PSU check and chips powering, all looking good but U2 Alice is very warm, on thermovision i have about 60 C in 10 secounds - this is normal temperature of this chip ?

Second question is what a voltage line supply the alice ? on scheme is VCC but in my pcb is +VID VCC, from block scheme i know the alice is one of two making video chips, so i think +VID VCC power supply its ok in this case but if not please correct me.

Also track between Q282 and Q281 and C15B are hot on thermovision this is +VID VCC

I dont have idea what i can do more, expect replace alice.

Thanks for any suggestions.
