Access from Index - need help!

Hello folks,

i have a Access Board Rev. 1.3 - that did not run. I have checked some things that i found on the internet, but nothing run.

So i looking for any information, help, tips or anything that would help me to fix it.

If you have some information for me, please told me.

Check voltages, check power on reset pulse?
