A600 - No clock signal for Composite encoder

Hi,

Trying to fix the composite out on a mate's A600. Have replaced the CXA1145 with a CXA2075 which has me a touch closer. I'm not getting clock on pin 6 however. As I diag. the circuit, I find I've got an amplified sine wave going into Y451 (the 4.4Mhz oscillator for PAL) but no reading on the other side of it. I've tried changing the crystal (granted - can't be sure it works... it is off a dead board) and isolated C244 so that signals out of Y451 theoretically go straight through L241/C243 to ground but I still get nothing.

Any thoughts? I'm *this* close I feel, but without a PAL clock to the CXA2075 nothing's going to happen.
