Hello Torch500+

Welcome to the EAB, i am sure you will like it here

theres plenty of mischief arround here one to get into... so kick back and make yourself at home.

unfortunately A530's are..... well.... if you want to sacrifice your first born to satan... you might stand a chance at getting one in ones lifetime.

but theres some community hardware projects that may come to fruition... we shall see....

Just like you to post a perfectly usable and on topic picuture... now i need a nother reason to review old amiga hardware for the umpteen-million-th time LOL

good shot cane! soo a basic 5pin din connection using a psu of 20-30 watts... hmmm you could easly poser this fom the A500 itsself you know... with a small 5 pin plug (using only 4 lines dont need the shiled... ground it if you must).. you would need to put a hole in the case of you a500 though....

hmmmies.. I LOVE MODDING!!! okay... best stop drooling....

Whip out the battery right now, don't wait for it to leak or else there'll be tears.

You can modify the GVP A500 HD+ to use the A500 power supply. So no need for a seconf power supply. --->GVP A500 HD+ mod
Did myself and it worked very well.

Hmmm, I completely forgot about this mod (I saw it before I bought HD8+).

yep, you can give it 1MB chip on the board if you have an R6A mobo..

you can also configure 512MB slowmem too

heres the discussion

http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=31816

and here is the guide i was using.

http://www.savel.org/old/amiga/upgrade.html

Theres some interesting stuff going's on in the hardware sub forums...
http://eab.abime.net/forumdisplay.php?f=99

I like to think it like the fires of mordor.... but then images of jope beating on a ring or two come to mind.... its scairy...

remember you must placate the the hardware mods.... beer and pizza is his one jope's favourites...
