Output recording exhibits strange sound behavior
Problem: Audio in the first video file (split into 2GB) is reordered, as if a circular buffer pointer is not reset. The video can't be used.
Steps to reproduce: Use WinUAE's recording function (output) with attached config/settings (nothing special, default QS config plus Host -> Filter scanlines). First few seconds of first video file's audio is attached. The audio should start with the period of silence, then an entire song. Instead, the result (listen to attached mp3) is: last seconds of song (in the clip) + starting silence + start of song. I should be able to work around it for now by recording 2GB of video before starting whatever I'm recording, but reporting it anyway. Last edited by Photon; 18 September 2021 at 20:21. |

What codec did you use? I noticed that codec delay makes audio out of sync. No idea why you get wrap-around problem though. Some codecs break when file is bigger than certain size...
