JAmiga is a frontend for WinUAE which is based on the configuration files from WinUAE (no database needed).
It features screenshots, rating and a musicplayer. Look at 'JAmiga.txt' for further information. The current version is what I wanted it to be, but if you want other features or enhancements leave a comment in this thread. Also comments about the program are very welcome ![]() You need the .Net Framework 2.0 which can be found here. Hope you like it ![]() Ideas for next release : Button for 'Setup configuration' similar to quickstart in WinUAE. (thanks to musashi5150 for this idea ![]() ![]() Additional window for the WinUAE extra info files (thanks to kirk) Last edited by TCD; 12 July 2009 at 11:35. |

This should be integrated in WinUAE. Maybe you should put it forward as a suggestion as a future development of WinUAE...

Hi Ted,
Toni already stated that WinUAE is no game/demo/app frontend. It's an emulator for the Amiga. So my program is a addition for those people (like me ![]() ![]() Btw. : How do you like it? ![]() Last edited by TCD; 04 May 2008 at 08:10. |

Hi wobbly,
I'm running 32 bit here. Maybe I compiled it with a wrong (32 bit specific) setting. Will have a look at it this evening and will upload a new version if that was the problem. |

Hi TheCyberDruid,
I'm still using your frontend with success. My brain are thinking about ideas, but you made the program with the features I've been looking for. At the moment I have none. I will let you know the moment I have somthing. |

You rebel! Develop something in .NET and then call it JAmiga!
(apps starting with a J are usually Java apps ![]() As for the 32 bits issue, a 64 bits OS should be able to run 32 bits apps no problem at all. It is when you compile the code for 64 bits systems that problems may arise. |

Wow, it's been a while
![]() ![]() On request of kirk I've added the option to change the font and the colors of the list. Could look like this then : ![]() I will look at the extra info thing tomorrow, but guess that will take a bit more time ![]() P.S. : Use the context menu (right click) to change the settings. |

Hi Axel,
sorry that it has taken so long. I struggled with the 'setup configuration' feature for quite a while before I put it to a rest. It's almost done, but there's one thing I need to get sorted (besides the annoying x64 bug ![]() |
