Note that if this power supply (PSU) includes a fuse and the fuse is dead that might mean that it has some bigger problems: the fuse likely died for a reason so replace it with the same model of fuse but be ready for it to die again.
These PSUs are quite old now and it is normal for them to fail.
Also, do not short-circuit the fuse with a wire! It is there to prevent damage to the Amiga in case the PSU fails.

yeah it is a doubt that I have.. fuse don't know if is died or not for now. Another doubt is Maybe switch on/off it's damaged? but i don't know... When it work I switched to OFF and when I switched to ON Amiga has no power (as switched is still OFF) without any kind of noise, clip,nothing!)
