Use the new icon.library directly from the libs drawer in my Aminet release, which is 51.4.567 (TC020) and will be accepted by OS 3.2+. You can check that with "Version Libs:icon.library FILE FULL" or tools like Scout etc.
There is a newer intuition.library 45.13 in the OS 3.1.4.1 update, but it must be extracted from the .z-archive with some sort of extract tool first.
