Directly accessing CD32 hardware to play CD32 CD audio is relatively easy. (EDIT: and won't require any buffers)

Also writing custom CD32 CD "trackloader" is not that difficult either, just extremely boring.. (because you can only get raw 2352 byte sectors, you need to do error correction and other stuff to get proper 2048 user sectors..)
