Mr Vince, version 2.2 of lha is freeware, Stefan Boberg has stopped working on it, someone else has taken over.

Just tested the keyfilemaker with 1.50r from aminet it crashes with unauthorized user. delete the .keyfile and it says for registered users and no crash.

Found a load of keyfilemakers for various programs, and some .key files. Can upload the pack if anyones interested. included a working lha150r one.
